Owner & CEO

Kelly has more than 15 years' experience in Nonprofit Management, Grassroots Organizing and Intercultural Communication. She is passionate about advancing equity, supporting mission-driven work and providing world-class service. Kelly leads with empathy and brings the motto "It isn't my job to be right. It's my job to be effective" to her work with clients every day.
